Feeling better for a day isn't the same as moving better.

A relaxation massage

Great for unwinding. There's usually no check of how you move before or after, so it's hard to know what changed.

A Nature Sense session

We check how you move, release what's tight with hands-on work and GenQi, then check the same movements again. You leave knowing what changed and what to do at home.

See a doctor first if

  • Weakness is getting worse
  • It started after a fall or accident
  • You have fever with back pain

What happens in your first session

  1. 1

    Movement check

Your therapist checks a few simple movements, like a toe touch, shoulder reach or rotation, and notes where each one stops.

  2. 2

    Release

Hands-on muscle release, with gentle GenQi bio-electric pulses on the areas that stay tight.

  3. 3

    Re-check

The same movements again, so you can feel and see what changed during the session.

  4. 4

    Your plan

Two or three simple moves for home or the office, and an honest view on whether more sessions make sense.

What people message us after a session

What GenQi is, in plain words

GenQi is a bio-electric massage device. During your session the therapist uses it alongside their hands, sending gentle electrical pulses into muscles that stay tight.

What you'll feel

Tapping, pulsing or gentle warmth. The therapist sets the intensity to what's comfortable, and you can ask to turn it down at any time.

What it isn't

It isn't a medical treatment and it doesn't replace your doctor's advice. Our therapists are trained bodywork practitioners, not physiotherapists or doctors.

Tell us first if

You're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, epilepsy, a recent injury or surgery, or broken skin on the area.

When to see a doctor first

A movement session isn't the right first step if you have any of these. Please see a doctor, or go to an emergency department if it's sudden or severe.

  • Weakness in an arm or leg that is getting worse
  • Loss of bladder or bowel control
  • Numbness around the groin or inner thighs
  • Pain that started after a fall, accident or sports collision
  • Fever, or unexplained weight loss, together with back pain

Questions people ask before booking

Is this physiotherapy or massage?

Neither. Our therapists are trained bodywork practitioners, not registered physiotherapists or doctors. Each session combines a movement check, hands-on muscle release and GenQi, then the same check again.

How long is the first session?

Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the time for the session you choose.

Does GenQi hurt?

No. Most people describe it as tapping or pulsing. Intensity is adjusted to what's comfortable, and you can ask to change it at any time.

Do I need to buy a package?

No. You can book just the first session. If more sessions make sense, your therapist will explain why and what they cost before you decide.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, so the movement check is easy to do.

What happens after I tap WhatsApp?

WhatsApp opens with a message ready to send to the centre you picked. Our team replies with available slots and confirms your booking.

I'm pregnant or have a medical condition. Can I come?

Please tell us before booking. For some conditions we'll ask you to check with your doctor first, and GenQi may not be used.
